How to book?

1. Download and complete the booking form and send back to hellenicsoccerpark@hcct.co.za
2. Signed and completed indemnity form
3. Choose your desired package along with any additional options
4. Complete payment

Bookings are confirmed only after FULL PAYMENT has been received along with the signed booking form. Additionally, catering will be finalised at least three days before the booking date, contingent upon payment being completed. To secure your date, a nonrefundable deposit of R1500.00 is required. After finalising all options, an invoice will be sent to you for the full payment. Please ensure to send proof of payment at least three days before your event takes place.

Cancellation Policy

Should the booking be cancelled, the deposit of R1500 to reserve your date will not be refunded. If the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the start of the booking, the food order will also be nonrefundable. Any cancellation of a birthday party must be sent through in writing via email to hellenicsoccerpark@hcct.co.za. Failure to arrive for the party will result in forfeit of the full fee paid. Parties do continue when raining, and alternative entertainment in the club house will be arranged.
